EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES

LFCF has successfully administered and implemented complete employment services since 1981. Over the years, LFCF has built strong, productive relationships with business such as Foster Farms, Sony Distribution, Asian Supermarket, Asian Village, Rain Creek Baking Company, and other large and small companies and organizations that employ and retain LFCF clients.In the last 25 years, LFCF has placed over 6,000 jobs in Fresno County with an average of 250 yearly job placements for LFCF clients. LFCF collaborates with other institutions and organizations such as California State University, Fresno and the Hmong Business Association of California to offer a comprehensive array of employment services to clients.
